Simply fill out this membership form to access our High-Performance Computing and Data Management services. The form will be sent to our Service Desk for processing, then you will be sent an email with your login and password.

Video-collaboration facilites

To hire our meeting room for video collaboration, fill out this booking form to get started. We use Access Grid and EVO (plase note that EVO can connect to many H.323-based Polycom- or Tandberg-equipped video-conference facilities).

Visualisation, meeting and haptics facilities

Use the facilities booking form to reserve the following for visualisation, in situ meeting or haptics purposes:

• VisLab (located in the Physics Building)
• SAVRC (located in the SANTOS Building)
• Meeting Room (for in situ meetings only)
• Haptics workbench
• Haptics portable device
