The eRSA Meeting Room is eResearch SA's in-house node in the Access Grid network, which includes more than 250 nodes spread across 27 countries. The room also can be used with EVO for video-based meetings between EVO users, as well as Access Grid users via AG-EVO bridged venues, and with some Tandberg- or Polycom-equipped rooms via H.323 call.
The Access Grid network also includes a node at Flinders University and nine at the University of South Australia. For more information about the equipment at each of these nodes and booking details, see the Global Node Listing.
An operator will setup the room for Access Grid or EVO meetings and can remain in attendance if required. As the Meeting Room is located within eResearch SA, staff are always close by to lend a hand.
The Meeting Room is located at eResearch SA's premises in the Physics Building at the University of Adelaide on North Terrace. It is fitted with high-quality audio, video and projecting equipment, enabling optimal use of Access Grid and EVO features.
Please book the Meeting Room using the Videoconference Booking Form. Please be aware that charges apply for some Meeting Room uses.
The SAVRC also is available for use as an Access Grid node.

North Terrace, Adelaide
Please refer to this online map to find the Physics Building (use the "Find a building" tab). Enter via the more westerly steps and door that is on the roadway between the Physics and Darling Buildings. Go straight ahead through the door; you will cross a hallway, then take the staircase which is immediately across the hall on your left.
At the top of the stairs, the eRSA Annexe is through the glass doors on your left. Turn right, and when you reach the hall, turn left. The Meeting Room is room 119, down the hall on the left-hand side (note that it is now a shared space with the eRSA Vislab).
