HPC User Forum

eResearch SA invites you to attend the first High Performance Computing User Forum.

eResearch SA's HPC User Forum is your opportunity to find out about current developments and contribute your ideas to the HPC user community. The purpose of this monthly event is to give you an opportunity to meet with other HPC users and the eResearch SA HPC team; ask questions and raise concerns; and inform yourself of current and planned developments.

The forum is open to all registered HPC users. Meetings will comprise:
- An overview of current developments and plans from eResearch SA management
- A 15 minute presentation from a fellow user or HPC vendor
- A question and answer session where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and inform us of any approaching needs
- Afternoon tea and an opportunity to network with other HPC users.

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 March 2010 at 3pm - 4pm, in the eResearch SA meeting room, Level 1 Physics Building, University of Adelaide. A 15 minute presentation will be given by Associate Professor Jochen Kaempf, Lecturer in Oceanography, Flinders University.
