All enquiries, whether you have a general request for information or you’re after some help with a specific problem, should be made by emailing servicedesk@ersa.edu.au.

This ensures your request will be dealt with quickly and by the person best equipped to handle it.

  1. Send an email to servicedesk@ersa.edu.au with a summary of your query in the subject line and please add all the relevant information so we can asses your enquiry as quickly as possible; ie, your contact details, name of the product, version number, operating system, error messages, etc.
  2. You will receive an email confirming the ticket number assigned to your query. One of our expert technical staff will be in touch with you within 48 hours and usually on the same day.
  3. If you have any follow-up information to send, reply to the email containing your ticket number.
  4. If you have another query on another topic, please send a new email to the service desk and a separate ticket number will be assigned.
